Skidmore Owings and Merrill have proposed a sustainable skyscraper design in Paris, France. At 180 meters high, the structure is rumored to be “one of the most sustainable buildings in Europe.” The master plan for the project does not only incorporate smart technology and zero-energy frameworks, but it also seeks to establish a direct connection with nature though green balconies, a sky garden and an accessible bridge to the River Seine.
